prayer for social peace on Saturday, 12th June 2010 at 11.55 clock in the Hall Marketplace

Besonders belastet are those that have left the labor force and living under the poverty line. Hartz IV recipients is the family allowance be deleted entirely, and they will in future pension insurance any more. In addition, the fuel allowance eliminated for housing benefit recipients. For Hartz-IV-family means a continued degradation and persistent social exclusion. Because before our very eyes, is taking an unprecedented development of solidarity and the fundamental Christian value of the protection of the weak is abandoned.

why we do here today publicly visible pray to God and ourselves publicly visible on the side of the disadvantaged. We want to give them a voice call and our political leaders to, to find a really socially just solution to the debt issue. For we are all children of one God and do not allow that one to our common table have nothing on the plate, while the others wallow in luxury.

prayer for social justice

Deliver us, O God.
We pray for our liberation.
Lead us from the obsession
that the free market will bring us salvation,
make us free from the compulsion
that the economy must grow continuously only
us free! of the opinion that people are just workers,
make us Be free from those who confuse our country are our society
with their business location
you our God - not the globalized economy,
was you the peace of our soul - not the increase Stocks,
us grounded in your justice,
be our peace. Amen

reading: Lk 4, 16

16 Jesus came to Nazareth, where he grew up, and went as usual to the synagogue on the Sabbath. When he stood up to read from Scripture,
17 was handed a book of Prophet Isaiah. He opened the book and found the place where it says:
18 The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, / because he has anointed me. He has sent me, That I bring good news to the poor, so I proclaim release to the captives / and the sight to the blind, to set the oppressed go free
proclaim 19 and a year of favor.
20 Then he closed the book, and gave it to the attendant and sat down. The eyes of all in the synagogue were fixed on him.
21 As He said to them, "Today this scripture, which you have just heard fulfilled.

intercessions:

God our Father and our Mother, we ask this through Jesus to the poor, who are robbed by the roadside. Give us eyes and ears and a compassionate heart, as it was then the Good Samaritan volunteers, so we see the plight of our fellow men and understand their language, which they cry for help: Let us understand
the language of a family that a day to feed their two children € 2.65 a day at his disposal;
Let us be moved by the desperate situation of a 50-year man who is looking ill and has several disabilities, never having a permanent position can be expected;
Let us be touched by the plight of a single mother, the way of stimulating their child can not afford tuition; reverse
Let the responsible politicians to humanity that they are not first committed to the logic of the economic system feel, but the welfare of the weak;
touch us all with your love of language that are the lives of our fellow human beings is as important as our own;
we pray for all people, organizations and churches, the
from the Gospel
power draw for the struggle for bread and justice;
For him, Christ, and through him
we learn the language of love, which is understood
met in all countries
and our world with hope.

Him be praise and honor today and every day. Amen.

Let us pray together the prayer of Jesus:

Our Father ....

There bless us, the God of love and mercy:
+ the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen

If we provide and for justice and peace.

Ecclesiastical opposition to austerity package

"Sunday Sermon" of the Catholic Church in the daily paper and in the Hohenlohe Haller Tagblatt for the Saturday edition on 12.06.2010 learned

As Margot Kaessmann the deletion decisions of the Federal Government, it has asked shocked, "whether Hartz IV recipients have less dignity than other people." Of course that was a rhetorical question, because, of course, all people . the same inviolable dignity I think women Käßmann expresses with what all decent people think of the so-called austerity package.. It is an attack on the dignity of the poor, the federal government called the austerity measures as a balanced and socially acceptable, this can not obscure the fact that the poor are left to bleed on one side, while the property owners remain untouched.

is the violation of dignity from a Christian perspective in the blatantly unfair burden sharing. While those who have nothing, should bear the brunt of the super rich are not touched. In Germany, 10 percent of the population own about 60 percent of total assets, with which they participate as such for tax as is not the common good and now also affected by any savings measures. The remaining 90 percent who are not even half of the assets, pay with their income tax for the lion's share of government expenditure. Particular pressure but should be the ones that were eliminated from the labor and subsistence leben.

Nicht um unserer eigenen Morality, but because we can be the message that we stand for, no other choice. The Christian faith enables us to meet our suffering fellow human beings God Himself. The poor in the Bible are usually not randomly poor, but victims of unjust conditions. They are impoverished, compared with the man who fell among thieves, he identified himself with Jesus. To the poor he turns to first, they apply its positive and liberating message. Therefore, there is the true worship of the churches today is to create justice. We want to give the public as Catholic Church in Schwäbisch Hall visible expression, by today at 11.55 clock to a prayer for social peace in the pillory invite in the marketplace.
